A logo is a point of recognition, not the whole relationship. A useful brand system connects how a business looks with how it behaves, what it says, and what it chooses to leave out.
Start with the everyday moments. A label, an order confirmation, or a short answer to a customer can reveal more about a brand than a carefully arranged presentation.
Design those moments together. Give the system a small number of clear rules, then leave enough room for people to make good decisions within them.
